  • We currently accept Credit Card, Zelle, ACH and checks.

  • Start by filling out a request for rental on this site - put items in your cart and you'll receive an estimate from us within 24 hours. We'll send you whatever paperwork you need to sign depending on your status with us. 

    You'll most likely need a valid driver's license (if it's your first time) and need to sign our rental agreement. Depending on your order size and/or value, you may need to submit a COI. We can guide you along that process if you don't have one already.

    • What are drop off and pick up policies? Items are permitted for pick up after a successful booking after 2PM, and items are required for drop off by 11AM.
    • Do you offer deliveries/pick-ups? We deliver locally for a small fee.
    • Can I extend my rental? Pending availability, yes we can alter the rental periods.
    • Do you offer special long-term rental rates? We work on a 3 day week & 10 day month schedule.
    • How about pick up days and drop off days? If you pick up and drop off within the guidelines above - those days are not counted as billable days.
    • When can I get equipment? Typical hours of operation are 8:30AM - 5:30PM EST.
    • Can I reschedule? If the item has not left the shop, you can reschedule without a cancellation fee.
    • I need to cancel, what now? No problem - unless its within 24 hours of pickup. At that time you will be charged the full value of the reservation. Things happen so please contact if extenuating circumstances are at play.
    • What is considered late return or early pickup? If pickup is requested before 2PM or drop off is requested after 11AM - we charge an extra 50% of the item reservation cost. Please contact if you need special requests - as items could be already reserved on other work requests.
